Form teams of 1-6 players in each team. Each of you is a police investigator contributing to your team's work to find out what happened with the victim. To win the game, players must work together as an investigation team to get an accurate statement from the victim of a crime.

Every player can ask 10 questions from the victim. The questions are from following categories:

Victim	Personal details about the victim that help players verify the victim
Location	Details about where the crime took place
Time	Details about the time and date when the crime took place
Assault	Details about the assault
Object	Details about objects that were allegedly stolen from the victim during the crime
Suspect	Details or description about the suspect(s) that the victim remembers
Activity	Details about who did what and how (i.e., the sequence of events)

Players take turns playing one by one. The player who initiates the game will be a lead investigator; the others are investigators. To get started, the first player chooses a topic by clicking a card. NB! Once you click a card, you have to choose a question from there; you cannot go back anymore.

Then, the player browses the question cards related to the topic and chooses which question to ask by clicking to the question. Then answer to the question is immediately displayed. Click "continue". Your question and answer is now displayed for you and for all players to be visible. Your turn is over and the next player can start their turn. This is repeated until all cards are played – then you see a following text, click "Time to build the statement".

Case Building Phase

The lead investigator with the players have to choose most important answers they found and reduce the number of the facts to 20 answers. Only lead investigator can select or unselect answers. These represent the most important answers that should be established during the game to form the highest quality statement.

Scoring

All players must decide together which answers to select by clicking "select". Once the 20 answers are chosen, click "Submit statement".

Score 1: Correct information containing specific information — Answers that include the most relevant information about the crime.
Score 0: Correct information — Answers that are correct, but are less relevant in terms of the quality of the statement.
Score -1: Incorrect information — Answers that contains erroneous information.

In the bottom left corner emerges text "Find out what actually happened from here" – if you click on that, you can read what really happened in this case.
